G Suite Configuration and Setup

All RLT schools can join the RLT G Suite setup and will be given a generic good practice set of policies and setup. This is highly customisable to the needs of individual organisations within the Trust. To arrange a time to do or review this, please email rdnixon@riverlearningtrust.org.

Direct IT Support from the RLT Central IT Support Team

We can offer direct support from the central team for all of your IT Support needs. This replaces any external company you might currently use. This includes:

  • Regular, but flexible onsite support.

  • Offsite always on IT Support and remote device management

  • Maintained IT inventory

  • Full network management

  • Best practice security and compliance

  • Automatic user provisioning and Google Classroom Sync

  • Optionally migrate to a low cost serverless infrastructure

Chromebook Management and Provisioning

All Chromebooks are centrally managed and provisioned. Things we can do:

  • source quotes for individual or multiple schools

  • customise the setup for an individual school

  • setup managed printing

  • offer training in how to use them

  • review and update configuration at any point

  • deployment of apps remotely

G Suite User Provisioning and Google Groups & Classroom Setup and Sync

When your school was provisioned a Google Sheet was shared with the business managers account. To add new users and diable old ones, update the Sheet and we will be automatically notified. Please not that Group membership syncs overnight.

Optionally we can do the following:

  • Setup automatic user provisioning from your MIS (included for direct support schools)

  • Automatically sync users into Google Groups

  • Provision and automatically maintain Google Classrooms
